Because we understand the value of custom designs and the importance of on-time delivery. Designers have come to us for 26 years to help them develop unique hospitality furniture.

We are the only custom furniture manufacturing cooperative in America. All of our factories are independent producers, much like Cabot Cheese, Land O’Lakes, and Welch’s jams and jellies. We have 300 family owned factories in our partnership and more than 1,000 employees who produce specialized parts for custom designed furniture.

Any species of solid wood and veneer, live edge, laminate, concrete, quartz, marble, granite, solid surface, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass, copper, glass, acrylic, resin, vinyl and vacuum-formed plastics. All of our finishes are for contract use. For wood, we use catalyzed lacquer, conversion varnish, polyurethane, water-based, UV and marine coatings. For metal, we powder-coat any color and chrome, copper or brass plate. We can help you select the coating and finish appropriate for your project. We use mortise-and-tenon, dovetail, finger joint, rabbet, double dowel, pocket-screw and biscuit joinery, depending on the function of the product and appearance you desire. Click here for How It’s Made.

We are not limited to any style, we will do whatever you want.

We make upholstered headboards, banquettes, chair seats and backs, benches, doors and drawer fronts. We do not make sofas or lounge chairs.

We do not have minimum, or maximum, quantities. We will make whatever quantity you need.

10-14 weeks upon drawing approval and deposit.

7-14 days normally, depending on the complexity of the project.

FOB factory Ohio and Michigan. We ship on our own tractors and trailers or we can use dedicated contract carriers. Some of our customers use their own freight forwarders. We can ship either blanket wrapped or boxed and palletized, whichever you prefer, and can provide white glove installation if you need it.

50% Deposit, 50% on Shipment.

We re-use paper and cardboard for packaging and wood scraps for pallets. We heat our buildings with sawdust. We protect our natural resources and use only what we need.
