This new cooperative works similar to companies in the food industry like Land O’Lakes, Ocean Spray, Cabot Cheese, and Welch’s jams and jellies. This allows us to produce customized parts of many kinds and materials and finish them in one highly automated factory.

Any species of solid wood and veneer, live edge, laminate, concrete, quartz, marble, granite, solid surface, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass, copper, glass, acrylic, resin, vinyl and vacuum-formed plastics. All of our finishes are for contract use. For wood, we use polyurethane, catalyzed varnish, ultra-violet, water-based, and marine coatings. For metal, we can powder-coat special colors, or plate nickel, copper or brass finishes. We will help you select the coating and finish appropriate for your project. For wood, we use mortise-and-tenon, dovetail, finger joint, rabbet, double dowel, pocket-screw and biscuit joinery. For metal, we weld and grind joints smooth and polish prior to finishing. Click here for How It’s Made.

Yes. We make upholstered headboards, banquettes, benches, sofas and chairs. We are not limited to stitching details or foam density requirements. Please contact us for your special needs.

FOB factory Ohio and Michigan. We ship on our own tractors and trailers or we can use dedicated contract carriers. Some of our customers use their own freight forwarders. We can ship either blanket wrapped or boxed and palletized, whichever you prefer, and can provide white glove installation if you need it.

We protect our natural resources and use only what we need. Trees are selectively cut and forests managed for timber quality and wildlife. We utilize cutoffs and sawdust to heat homes and factories and recycle metal cutoffs, too. Many of our employees ride bikes to work or ride-share in passenger vans.
